Customer's reviews
I recently took my pet to Augie pet shop for grooming and was extremely impressed with the service we received.
The shop itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are all friendly and professional.
They recommended a food for my pet called Annamaet dog food and he really loves that.
Overall, I highly recommend Augie pet store for anyone in need of grooming for their furry friend. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that both pets and owners are satisfied with the service.

Wonderful experience.
New Augie pet spa and grooming at Vijaynagar.
We had taken our 3.5 years old Cat -
Mr.ASH-CENA for his first ever haircut and grooming.
Our cat is really timid and we were very much worried how he will be handled at grooming centers.
Fortunately we came across new neighborhood pet spa very close to our place and we booked an appointment after a couple of phone calls.
They have very humble, patient and accommodating staff.
Grooming was handled by Sovrav who has good experience, and he handled our cat very well with the help of his colleagues. Being a hairy cat with much hair matting, they patiently did the grooming and hair cut. Bathing was handled by Yashas and Sam who also patiently handled already anxious cat of ours.
We were so scared of taking our cat to any spa but here they let us feel comfortable, explained everything in detail and took great care of our cat.
Definitely will visit them periodically as needed for our cat.
Thank you Team Augie, especially the groomers.
Good luck for your future here at Vijaynagar.

“Recently visited Augie to purchase accessories for my pet. I was quite confused about what to buy, but Tejaswini patiently understood my needs and suggested the best options. Even though the products were out of stock at the store, she arranged them from another branch and got them delivered within a day. Really impressed with the customer service and support. Thank you, Tejaswini!”
